Oh, St. Joseph! Other than Mary, our parish patron St. Joseph is perhaps the most important human figure in salvation history. Who knows what would have happened if he decided not to listen to the angel and leave Mary. Let’s just accept the joyous fact the he, like so many others, trusted in God and took that leap of faith believing that God knew what was best for him. Good for him and good for us! Wednesday is Christmas Day…please think of Jesus Christ, first and foremost; rejoice in the excitement of our salvation; enjoy your gifts and families, then think of Jesus Christ again. I hope everyone has a very holy and blessed Christmas!
