PCD – Partners in Child Development

Promoting Catholic Faith in our parish!

Our vision as a PCD organization is to promote the Catholic faith in our parish and in our Catholic schools. Our mission as a PCD organization is to raise funds to support St. Joseph Neier while also building fellowship and improving outreach across younger families and the children of our parish. We hope that our commitment and efforts give some indication of just how much we appreciate our parish and how much we want our parish and our families to grow as a community of faith.

We are helping to making Catholic Education affordable!

The Partners in Child Development program was developed at St. Joseph Neier in response to the rising costs of providing a Catholic education to the children of our parish. These costs included out-of-parish tuition for our students to attend local area Catholic elementary and high schools, as well as expenses associated with PSR classes and vacation bible school. It is our hope that future endeavors, such as possibly a preschool program, might also benefit from the fundraising efforts of the PCD. Some of our fundraising activities have included bake sales, lottery trees, basket raffles, wine dinners, and the very popular Daddy-Daughter Dance. The PCD program is open to any and all parishioners of St. Joseph’s who have an interest in furthering the Catholic education of our parish children.
